How can I configure my sales channels, payment methods, users, and others?

Yes, when you start with SmartPyme you will be able to configure what are your sales channels, the methods of payment that your business accepts and configure the profiles, roles, users, according to what you need, and depending on the plan you purchase.

Can I migrate from a basic plan to a more advanced?
Yes, you can change a basic plan to a more advanced one at any time from your user account in SmartPyme or contacting you to our WhatsApp to request the change.
What happens if I do not wish to continue with the subscription?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so easily from your account settings. We recommend you download your data in Excel files before you cancel. Take into account that you will not be able to make transactions or records once you unsubscribe, however, your information will be visible to the date in which you decide to unsubscribe.
